8 Ideas for a Lovely Spring Brunch

Sharing is caring!

Quiche is always a favorite of mine. I love the spinach and cheese and ham, bacon and cheese quiches. I actually prefer the crustless pies since being on Keto lifestyle eating plan.

I love to have on display a nice platter of beautiful fresh fruit such as sliced strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, pineapple chunks, orange slices and red and green grapes. Now a word about Keto, as far as the fruit tray, most Keto friendly fruits are berries, so if you want to keep it totally Keto friendly use only Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries or Blueberries and maybe a few cheese squares options to fill out the platter.

Having a nice selection of breakfast meats, such as bacon strips, sausage links and/or patties is a really good thing to have available as well and is Keto friendly.

A platter of sweet rolls, biscuits, and waffles are a welcome delight. Make sure to have a variety of butters, and syrups. All of these which are not Keto friendly.

However you could make some Keto pancakes or waffles. I get the mix by the brand name “Birch Benders”, just add water. It has 5 Net Carbs and 9G Proteins per serving(2) pancakes. Then I put a dollop of whipped cream and a few strawberries or blueberries on top and around the sides. Delicious! So you could have a area for those of your guest who are on the Keto Diet that will help them stay on board.

Then of course, you must have the options of a beverage or two, such as Coffee, DeCaf Coffee, Orange Juice or Grapefruit Juice, Raspberry or Peach Sweet Tea (Sweetened/Unsweetened) or Mimosa’s, if you are so inclined. Also have Keto friendly sweeteners available such as: Stevia or Swerve.

Supplies you want to have on hand are beautiful/simple dinnerware and goblets along with floral napkins and tablecloth that is coordinated together. Also if you would like, have a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a low vase, so it will not interfere with the visibility of your guest. Of course, this can be a DIY project you will put your own touch on.

Another DIY project can be a small token of your appreciation and love for your guest would bring an added touch. This can be something simple and beautiful at the same time.

A Few Suggestions:

A beautiful floral note to each guest expressing how they have impacted your life, rolled and place a spring colored ribbon around it.

A single rose (or any flower you prefer) in a beautiful spring color; pink, lavender, yellow or any other color that would go along with your design or theme of your Spring Brunch. (Be sure to de-thorn the stem before placing a ribbon around the stem). You could hand these out to each guest as they leave your home.

This is a special time of the year. Make it a wonderful time to share your love and blessings to those you hold close or to someone who needs a friend.

Just a note, I have set this out as a suggestion. Sometimes the ones you love just want a one on one time with you. In that case, you could always take them to a breakfast location ( IHOP, Denny’s, Cracker Barrel or local Mom and Pop location) and spend some quality time just cherishing them, while you have them. Hopefully very soon our restaurants will be open for dining.

Be blessed and stay healthy,
